You do. These are considered direct bookings, therefore you gain all the usual benefits of being a member and cardholder with each hotel consortium we work with.
While some perks like resort credits and VIP status are always available with our bookings, early check in, late check out, and upgrades will depend on hotel availability, which is ultimately determined at check-in based on occupancy. During holidays and super busy seasons, an upgrade may simply not be possible, but we always follow up with hotels prior to check in to try to secure the upgrades for our clients, and we have a good track record.
We’re happy to provide hotel booking service free of charge. We are compensated for these bookings by the hotel, so there is no need to assess a fee. For more involved bespoke trip planning, we charge a fee as we dedicate an entire team to planning these dream trips. See our fee schedule.
Hotel bookings can be as simple as sending you a booking link, or can take more time, completely dependent on the hotel’s response time. We endeavor to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
