How is this possible? It’s simpler than you might think: hotels and cruise lines want their rooms filled, so they partner with trusted travel advisors like us. In return for referrals, they compensate us directly—so you get the very best publicly available rate with no extra fees, plus you’ll still earn your full loyalty points. Your payment is made directly to the hotel or cruise line, just as if you’d booked yourself—only now, you get extra amenities.

For travelers who want more than just a booking, we also offer a full-service, door-to-door trip planning experience for a fee —crafted like the dreamy itineraries you’ve probably seen on our Instagram.

Here’s the process

Step 1

Reach out to us via our inquiry form or Whatsapp with your hotel selection.

Step 2

We will reconfirm pricing and amenities and will securely gather your billing information.

Step 3

Once booked, you’ll get an email confirmation from the property and see it in your Four Seasons, Hyatt, Hilton etc. account and app.

Can you help people from any country?

Yes! We offer our services worldwide.

Are you affiliated with a licensed travel agency?

Yes! We are with The Travel Society out of Colorado, USA. you can read more about our industry qualifications and memberships here.

Do I still earn full rewards points with hotel bookings with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc?

You do. These are considered direct bookings, therefore you gain all the usual benefits of being a member and cardholder with each hotel consortium we work with.

Are room upgrades guaranteed?

While some perks like resort credits and VIP status are always available with our bookings, early check in, late check out, and upgrades will depend on hotel availability, which is ultimately determined at check-in based on occupancy. During holidays and super busy seasons, an upgrade may simply not be possible, but we always follow up with hotels prior to check in to try to secure the upgrades for our clients, and we have a good track record.

Does this cost anything?

We’re happy to provide hotel booking service free of charge. We are compensated for these bookings by the hotel, so there is no need to assess a fee. For more involved bespoke trip planning, we charge a fee as we dedicate an entire team to planning these dream trips. See our fee schedule.

What’s the process/how long will this take?

Hotel bookings can be as simple as sending you a booking link, or can take more time, completely dependent on the hotel’s response time. We endeavor to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
